MaxT3 Fitness Safety Instructions

READ ALL WARNINGS AND INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING MAXT3

MaxT3 is designed to provide accessible, time-efficient workouts for individuals at all fitness levels. Your safety is our top priority. Please carefully review the following safety guidelines before beginning any MaxT3 workout:

  1. Practitioner Clearance
    Before starting any new fitness program, including MaxT3, you should consult with a qualified healthcare practitioner. This is especially important if you have any pre-existing medical conditions, are pregnant, recovering from surgery or injury, taking medications that may affect your physical activity, or if you have a heart rate sensor if you have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device.
  2. Age Requirement
    MaxT3 is intended for individuals ages 18 and older. No one under the age of 18 should use MaxT3, unless under adult supervision.
  3. Listen to Your Body
    You are responsible for your own safety during workouts. Incorrect or excessive exercising may result in serious injury. If you experience pain, dizziness, chest pain, shortness of breath, or any other adverse health effect, stop exercising immediately and consult a qualified healthcare practitioner.
  4. Exercise Within Your Limits
    Modify movements as needed to suit your fitness level, mobility, or physical limitations. MaxT3 workouts are scalable—start slow and progress at your own pace.
  5. Environment & Equipment
    Keep your workout space clear of obstacles to ensure safety. If exercising with others, maintain at least an arm’s length of distance to prevent accidental contact. Wear supportive footwear and use stable, non-slip flooring to minimize injury risk.
  6. Warm-Up & Cool Down
    Begin each session with light movement or mobility work to prepare your body for exercise. Finish with gentle stretches or walking to safely cool down.
  7. Assumption of Risk
    By participating in MaxT3, you acknowledge that you do so voluntarily and at your own risk. MaxLiving, its affiliates, and creators of MaxT3 are not liable for injuries or health issues that may result from participation. MaxT3 is not intended to diagnose, treat, mitigate, cure or prevent disease, disorder or abnormal physical state or any of their symptoms.
